An incident occurred on Deerwood Drive involving a tree trimmer. The trimmer was working approximately 50 feet up when a branch fell onto a power line. This caused the wet tree to become energized.

East Montgomery County Firefighters responded to the scene but were unable to use ladders due to the electrical hazard. Entergy was called to the scene to assist with the rescue effort.
