Over the 2026 Fourth of July weekend, the Precinct 1 Constable's Office Marine Division was active on Lake Conroe. Deputies responded to a total of 14 incidents. One major incident involved a boat crash with injuries, and deputies assisted Texas Parks and Wildlife in this matter.
Deputies also worked with Texas Game Wardens to enforce boating laws. As a result, each agency made one arrest for Boating While Intoxicated.
