A dispute at the Palms on Rolling Creek Apartments in North Harris County has left a pregnant woman and her husband without access to their home. The issue began with a power outage that lasted roughly 48 hours, starting on Friday. The couple's calls to management were ignored, and they were forced to sleep in their car and eventually pay for a hotel room.

The situation escalated when the husband found that the locks on their apartment had been changed without warning. The couple claims they have paid their rent. A Harris County deputy was also shocked while checking a breaker box at the complex.
